Description

Txorixero/Choricero a long cylindrical pepper grown across Europe’s Basque Country. A traditional ingredient in the regions Biscay sauce these wonderfully versatile peppers are usually seen hung in garlands to sun dry before being rehydrated for culinary use.

Delicious fried, roasted ,stuffed, chopped in salads the long pendant shaped pods are also popular for drying and grinding to a paprika or pimenton  powder
