A relative of Japanese Shishito pepper….only longer and plumper.

Plants will grow to around a meter tall and will produce an abundant crop all season long.

The fruits can be used in the same way as Shishito and Padron peppers..charred lightly in olive oil ,sprinkled with salt and pepper and a quick spritz of lemon for a fabulous tapas…equally good for roasting,stir fry,pickling,sauces and salads.

Sweeter when matured to red.
